Hello,
I will do my best to write in English in a comprehensive manner... I need some help to solve this problem : I just bought an education license since I'm teaching technical drawing to apprentice boatbuilders. I have been using trial version so far and was very happy with it. I uninstalled this trial version that expired some time ago before installing the last release. Than I used the license manager utility to activate the plugin and register (I got a temporary license code via email). BUT, when I run Rhino, Orca3d doesn't load and when I try do change this with the plugin manager within Rhino, I repeatidly get the following message "Mistral.dll - The Orca3d plugin has been deactivated and will not be loaded. Go to Tools/Options/Plugins to modify the loading mode of this plugin" (... translated from french ...) I may (just some kind of strange feeling, but not sure at all) have been asked, when trial version expired, if I wanted to deactivate this plugin and may push the yes button ...
Does anyone have any idea on how to deal with my problem ?
Thank's
David

David:
I assume the activation process with the temporary code was successful? If that's the case, I don't know why Orca wouldn't load (the actual plug-in file is called Mistral.dll). You can use the License Manager again to check on the status of your license. The temporary License Code that you received should work for 30 days.

We will send the permanent License Code to you on Monday. Please use that to activate your license, and see if that solves the problem.

If not, please send an email to support@orca3d.com.

Yes, the activation process was successful. I did it step by step and I'm now registered. I've just checked my license status and it seems to be ok  when I push the 'activate' button I get the following message : "That license number has already been used" and I'm pretty sure that I went straight through the whole process. I will wait until monday and see if something changes with that permanent license code. If not I will send a message to support.
I have the feeling that the problem might come from Rhino, in this case I have to find how to reactivate the plugin.
Anyway, thank you for your support.
David
BTW, I forgot to mention that I tried to completely uninstall Rhino and Orca ...
