Could a table of offsets file be created without needing to have Excel installed.  I prefer Open Office Calc.  Is there a work around for this?

Hi Doug H,

Currently, the Orca3D offset table command is written as a RhinoScript macro that specifically targets MS Excel. At some point in the future, we plan to rewrite this command in native C# code at which point we will look into having it support other output types. In the meantime, if you are adept at writing scripts for Open Office Calc, you may be able to manually convert the logic in the offset table script from Excel to Open Office. Let me know if you are interested in pursuing this approach.

Thanks,

Larry
